F&I Resources, Allstate’s number one agent in the country for 6 consecutive years, is seeking a qualified person to maintain and grow its Western New York business.

This Account Executive will conduct in dealership training with all personnel on all F&I products, programs and overall selling techniques.

In addition, this position is responsible for generating new business through extensive prospecting, leveraging relationships and utilizing our process to present our programs.

Additional responsibilities include:

Coordinate the launch and installation of new clients

Conduct analysis to quantify current dealership performance and develop plans to increase performance

Compliance training and audits

Track and monitor performance through many different systems

Qualified candidates will have:

3+ years of F&I or Sales Management experience in an auto dealership or;
2+ years of selling and installing similar programs to auto dealerships
Excellent communication, listening, organization and presentation skills
Confident self-starter who will show persistence in generating new business to grow their territory

Compensation & Benefits:

Package includes salary, bonus, car allowance that combined should produce a total opportunity of $100,000+ a year. Benefits include a comprehensive and competitive medical, dental, and 401k match.
